Does this replace my office person?
No. You keep whoever you have. Effex is for the call you miss because you’re already on a job.
Do I need an IT department?
No. One business line. We sit down in Fresno County and show a live booking before you pay.
Is this a six-month build?
No. About twenty minutes in person. Not an audit. Not a long project. Not a contract until you sign and pay.
I also want quotes, reviews, or a CRM. Can you add that?

Do you send a truck or dispatch a technician?
No. Effex is not a licensed contractor. We do not diagnose, quote, or send anyone. Your shop does the estimate and the work.
Are callers on my line shared with other shops?
No. Callers on your line are yours. We use the name and number only to book that estimate on your calendar. We don’t sell the list or call them for another shop or for Effex.
Can I read the terms before we sit?
Yes. Download the Service terms and the Statement of Work. Sign them at the sit. The website form is not an agreement.
